Helpful and good to have virtual meeting tool
Using Webex Meetings for multiple use cases in my department and the company as a whole. We have use cases for conducting meetings with clients and influencers. Webex Meetings is an excellent platform which helps to conduct online meetings at remote locations. We have offices across three places and we do collaboration with the help of Webex Meetings. It is a good platform with excellent video and audio quality.

My Experience with Webex Meetings
We facilitate various learning sessions using Webex Meetings. Webex Meetings allows connection with a broader audience, as well as the ability to reach larger amounts of people. We currently use Webex Meetings on demand based on the needs of our clients. We have a dedicated group of clients who request Webex Meetings specifically, who rarely use other virtual platforms.

Best virtual Meetings app
Most of the users are working from home right now so to connect with them we use Webex Meetings. We create virtual meetings with it. Screen sharing, unlike other applications, is really smooth. We record all our meetings with Webex Meetings which helps us keep track of all the conversations we had during that meeting.

Our company uses WebEx Meetings for a variety of virtual meetings (either internally or with external parties).
We haven't been using it as much as we used to, since the introduction of Zoom and Microsoft Teams. But we still do use WebEx Meetings intermittently/when Zooms and Teams are not supported.

Why Webex won me over and why it might be right choice for you too
We use Webex Meetings extensively for various communication and collaboration needs. I personally use it for several purposes from regular team meetings to client calls and demos. We collaborate with various departments like Sales and Engineering on projects and weekly project check-ins and brainstorming sessions with my team, all conducted through Webex We also conduct online training sessions and workshops for our team members using Webex Meetings most of the time especially, for our geographically dispersed teams.
- We have a global and diverse team with different devices and operating systems. Webex works smoothly on all of them and everyone can collaborate in real-time saving a lot of time and effort, making meetings much more productive.
- We can easily capture discussion points and decisions for future reference, without the need for manual note-taking. It helps us in smaller group discussions and brainstorming sessions within the main meeting itself.
- I can even tailor the layout to suit the meeting's purpose and agenda. Webex is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for non-technical users, joining and scheduling meetings is a smooth process.
- Only a few options are there for non-verbal feedback like hand raising or emoji reactions. They should work on it as expressing understanding or agreement would help collaborate with the cross-functional teams.
- More options for creating custom workflows and integrations with internal tools would be helpful and the whiteboard also looks basic compared to other similar tools. I think, adding features like sticky notes and freehand drawing would be a great boost.
- The mobile app is functional but I find it less intuitive and feature-rich compared to the desktop version. Should have parity in features and a more user-friendly interface will become more helpful for mobile users like me who sometimes conduct or attend meetings on the go.

Webex Meetings Review
Best video conferencing software with recording access almost supports all OS in computer. Easy to download and user-friendly with free signup. Works with slow bandwidth too. The pricing is a little bit high for the business plan. Easy to start meeting with code and has personal room access also. Problem I haven't found any critical type so far it's better if integrated with Gmail. For improvement - there is sometimes delayed video received and overlapping occurs during running meetings.

I have used it as a host with my Webex Personal Room for getting people at different timezones connected: short status meetings up to extended workshops 2-3 days. I've used most of the features available from collaborating, sharing content, inviting participants, connecting to external video devices, and chatting privately and publicly, and managing contributions through raised hands is helpful. When attending as a normal participant in educational training, I have also shared feedback by filling out the post-webinar survey. In both roles, I would highlight the possibility of removing background noise since I used to take notes and sometimes the keyboard typing could be a distraction for others; as well as having the possibility to mute other attendees when are distracted or unintentionally have opened their mics. The 3 versions work amazing, desktop, web, and mobile, moreover this latter is pretty intuitive and loads quickly in comparison with other applications.

- Drawing on the screen is the greatest feature when several people contributing, for instance, on a workflow diagram to add notes or make corrections
- It has been hard for me to manage the menu bar, the transparency and some other floating effects help but it would be great to setup a default configuration on screen sides for the differents bars at the profile level
- When there are several people with their hands raised play a sound that calls the attention of the host/moderator in case have missed them
- Adding an option to take screenshots when there are some drawings on the screen and attach them to the meeting recording folder/files

In my position, I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to meet with clients, prospects, and colleagues within the organization. It really is essential to my job in sales day today. To start, we use WebEx meetings to collaborate with our sales team, business units, as well as corporate training. On the sales side, I use WebEx meetings to schedule virtual appointments, calls, demos, etc. with prospective buyers or existing clients to discuss their accounts. This is valuable as it allows multiple parties to join the session and allows me to speak & share content.

Webex Meetings is a very efficient and versatile platform for videoconferencing and online meetings, which provides our company with an effective communication capacity. It is highly effective in managing internal communications, with useful features such as screen sharing, high-definition video and audio, individual and group instant messaging, controls that facilitate meeting management, and powerful integrations that further enhance the communication experience. As a result, workflow is optimized and collaborative work is significantly improved.

We use Webex Meetings for hosting online classes in overcast conditions when students cannot travel to school. We also use it occasionally to host virtual training sessions for teachers with trained professionals who cannot travel to our institution. The teachers also use it for collaborating with fellow colleagues and working together on creating question papers etc. The weekly meetings with the director and higher ups are also organised on Webex Meetings due to its safety and security. Overall, Webex Meetings is helping us in communicating and collaborating both with the students and teachers seamlessly from the comfort of our homes.

We are happy people with Cisco Webex Meetings
Cisco Webex Meetings has an amazing scope, collaboration with our team and, most importantly, you can maintain direct communication with customers who for obvious reasons cannot come to meetings in the company due to the Pandemic. I always use Cisco Webex Meetings on my PC because it is more comfortable due to the larger screen and I can work more efficiently.

My WebEx Experience
As an organisation we have thousands of employees based all over the world. Most people work remotely but we need to keep in contact with more than just calls. I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to connect with remote teams, customers and meetings. It is now my 'Go To' product when I need to meet with people on video.
- The real time translation has proved a hit for calls where language can be a barrier
- Ability to use host different types of meetings with the best layout. Webinars with an uncluttered screen layout
- I often join calls whilst on the move, the ability to block my background noise so it isn't played in to the meeting makes for a more pleasant experience for everyone.
- Being able to move my meeting from my desktop to my phone without interruption is a huge bonus as no longer need to drop and re-join when I need to be on the move.
- There are currently no features that I feel are missing. I'm yet to use all of those that are available

Webex - One stop shop for enterprise collaboration needs

- While background noise cancelling is great it can sometime cancel voices in the room that need to be heard - would be great if it told the user the cancelling was being used.

My Webex Meetings Review
Webex Meetings is used by all collaborators throughout my organization regardless of the department or area where they work. Webex Meetings is currently the collaboration tool used officially and which is of great help in the context of virtuality and remote work. Webex Meetings is easy to use and does not require higher requirements as it is a subscription tool in the cloud and does not represent business problems at all, quite the opposite. It comes also in Hybrid and On Premise versions. It is currently a great business ally.

- Robust infrastructure around the world to work without interruption.
- Integrate with most common tools like Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Google Calendar.
- Lots of features.
- Many features available to get the most out of the tool and make it easier to use.
- Wide range of training on the tool and the new features.
- Choose the version that most fits your organization: Cloud, Hybrid or On Premise.
- Possibility to force a virtual background for all users from the Control Hub. This appears to be in development.
- Although the product is number one in large organizations, Webex Meetings could also try to capture markets where word of mouth has better positioned other products such as Zoom.
- I can't really find more areas where Webex Meetings needs to improve substantially. The tool more than fulfills the function for which it was created and competes in a great way with those on the market.

Easier Than Easy
We use Webex Meetings throughout our conference rooms. We have seen a significant increase in user satisfaction as Webex Meetings has made connecting with others and outside organizations a pleasure. Prior we experienced many issues regarding call quality, connection drops, and difficulty in completing normal virtual meeting functions.

Webex Meetings - A User's Review
Webex Meetings were used for meetings with external consultants for video conference and audio meetings. One of the problems we face is the integration with Microsoft Office tools like Sharepoint or Outlook. The meeting recordings have to be downloaded manually and stored in a shared drive, unlike other tools by default, save the recordings for a retention period.

Webex addresses our business problems by connecting our team members (which are located in different countries) and clients. Webex allows for real-time brainstorming, project updates, and creative discussions. Our use-cases can be virtual client consultations, team meetings, design reviews and workshops. Webex ensures that distance is not an obstacle to the efficiency of our work.

Great Tool for Virtual Meet Ups
Webex Meetings has become a very critical tool in our organization, with a large number of employees, most of them are always on the field, there was a need to have a tool that would enable proper communications among employees. Webex Meetings has been able to bridge the geographical gap in our meetings. Before this tool, we had to organize on-premise meetings, which would take a long time since we had to wait for participants to travel far and wide, but, since we started using this tool, we only conducted meetings virtually more efficiently thanks to Webex Meetings. With Webex Meetings, we have been able to save a great amount of time and resources.
- It has a user-friendly interface that anyone can use.
- It has a wonderful video and audio quality.
- It provides features for the scheduling of meetings.
- A little bit costly, they should make prices more competitive.
- Webex Meetings should allow more information to be seen by participants because currently that's not provided.
- The scheduling feature sometimes is not automatic making you have to enter an ID manually.
